Did your account lapse?

By Default all CSTI users are registered as default accounts on signup. Your records never go away, but after a year of inactivity we may de-activate your account. If you are sure your user name and password are correct and are still having trouble logging in, you may need to have your account re-activated. Please call our support line at (916) 845-8873 for assistance.

FEMA ID

Why do we need this?

We use this number as another form of identification in our system. In conjunction to your user name and password, it identifies you as a unique user in our system/ Should you ever change your registration e-mail, we can easily find your records with this number.

What it is

FEMA Student Identification (SID) number is a unique number generated and assigned to anyone who needs or is required to take training provided by a FEMA
